In this training, based on the research of Dr. Brené Brown and her Dare To Lead™ program, we support entrepreneurs, business owners, teams, leaders and organizations use vulnerability to their advantage. Brené Brown defines vulnerability as “taking a risk when the outcome is uncertain and there’s potential for emotional exposure”. I will guide you to embrace your own vulnerabilities as the starting point for creativity, innovation, change, and developing deeper connections. In other words, I will teach you the skills you need to lead with your whole heart AND have the impact you desire.
